Our speed Camp is designed for every type of athlete from the little leauger to our college athelete with pro dreams. The majority of our program is about teaching the correct techniques used by many of the top athletes in the world. As well as speed training we also focus on the athletes flexibility, conditioning and mindset to help prepare for thier upcoming sport or event. Some of the drills we will be using include ladder drills, sled pulls and tire flips (more listed below) Our trainers are NASE(National Association of Speed and Explosion) certified and have developed our evaluation process through years of experience and also the multiple combines that they have been apart of for High School athletes. The testing techniques that we use are similar to those used at the NFL combine and at the Nations top Highschool combines.
