GROUP TRAINING
At Team Edge
Performance & Fitness, our Group-training program is an extension of
our philosophies on personal training. We believe that training
should be affordable for everyone, instead of a luxury activity that
only the wealthy can afford. Fitness is a long-term necessity of
life that will help our country beat the obesity crisis; not the
quick fixes of gimmick home gyms that sit and collect dust in the
basement or closet; not the misleading, expensive approaches of
other health clubs. At Team Edge, we believe that we can educate
our clients, so that they can gain the knowledge that is necessary
to get in shape and stay in shape. We don’t bait our clients into
signing long contracts, and we don’t deceive people into thinking
that they need to spend $15,000 per year at a health club on 1-on-1
training. We believe that once you’re comfortable through some
initial one-on-one training with Team Edge, we can drop your
training rate down 60-75% permanently to as low as $10 per session,
so you can stay long-term and afford to maintain the benefits of
1-on-1 training at a group rate.
Also, don’t
be fooled by the group training offered at other gyms. For
example: Most gyms give the same vanilla, general training program
to an in-shape college student as they do a senior citizen who has
coronary heart disease, just because they can only come in at the
same hour. By doing this, those gyms can charge a group rate, while
sacrificing the need that each person has to obtain a
tailor-made program that fits the needs of each individual person.
At Team Edge, we adjust our schedules for group training clients, so
that you can get the proper individual training in a group
atmosphere, instead of fitting you into a general, convenient
training program that helps our income and further hurts your
health. At Team Edge, each person is given an in-depth fitness
evaluation, because each person is different and has different needs
and goals. Therefore, different people need unique programs that
fit their needs and goals.
Team Edge
also offers boot camp-type training. If you would like to set up a
