ONE ON ONE
TRAINING
At
Team Edge Performance & Fitness, our One-on-One personal training
program allows us the opportunity to spend 1 hour each session with
our clients. While most gyms sell ½ hour sessions to keep pricing
down, Team Edge believes that each person needs the attention and
benefits of a full 1-hour training session in order to achieve
maximum results, while charging a lower rate than the ½ hour
sessions other health clubs charge.
